One of the important directions of Rosmolodezh’s work is to involve the younger generation in volunteer activities. Please tell us why this has become especially important for young people today.
Some time ago in our society there was an idea that volunteering is something not particularly prestigious or completely meaningless. This is a big mistake that we are currently working on fixing.
On the eve of the 70th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War, the Victory Volunteers corps was created, bringing together more than 140 thousand young people from all regions of Russia.

What programs do you implement?
First of all, I would like to note the work of the You are an Entrepreneur program, which has recently entered a new stage of development.
Support for young people who want to do their own thing is converted as a result into real projects, jobs and contributions to the budgets of those regions in which they start their business.
Earlier this year, Rosmolodezh, in partnership with PJSC Gazprom and the research institute Gazprom VNIIGAZ, held the International Youth Forum Arctic. The result of the site’s work was an internship for the winning team (more than 10 people) in Gazprom’s structures. Another 12 children were personally selected by the General Director of the Marine Arctic Geological Expedition (MAGE) for internship in this organization.
After practice, 6 people were also called to work on the expedition, 6 more go through the interview stage and finish their studies in those areas of research that are in demand at the MAGE.
